Where are Certified Music Practitioners employed?

Certified Music Practitioners are therapeutic musicians trained by the Music for Healing and Transition Program➚ (MHTP).  As of 2019 MHTP has graduated over 900 CMPs.

There are CMPs working in hospitals, hospices, and other healthcare facilities throughout the United States and Canada, as well as other countries.

MHTP is one of many organizations that train and certify musicians to play at the bedside.
